About The Positive PA

Hi my name is Tracy and I am The Positive PA.  I have worked in the world of office administration, in some form or another for most of my working life.  I have worked in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Transport, Medical Specialty, Solicitors, Universities, Government and small to medium businesses.  I've worked permanently, part-time, casual and for 10 years I was employed as a temp which meant working anything from 4 hours to 4 years for a very eclectic mix of businesses. In all of these industries I've been asked to do the worst of tasks and also the best of tasks. What I'm trying to say is I've been where you've been or where you are at the moment!  For the last 10 years I've worked with businesses in the wellbeing space.  Businesses whose main focus is helping people to be the best versions of themselves.


Since Covid hit in 2020 my world has changed and my home is now also my workplace.  Being at home has given me a lot more hours to just be with me.  I found comfort in wearing pj's and leisure wear 24/7, I loved my very short commute from the bedroom to my study or back-deck, my dogs loved having me home, I loved the convenience of how close my fridge and pantry were to my desk and I loved the relaxed, casual yet productive person I was becoming.  However, once the shine of "WFH" wore off I soon realised that I needed to rely on just me for any motivation to do anything!  I got lazy, the routines I had promised myself I'd put into place never happened and I started feeling isolated and trapped in my 9-5 working life. 

I noticed that my working hours started to creep up and working from bed seemed to be a perfectly acceptable option.  Uber Eats became a thing and Netflix, Binge and Prime became favourite forms of entertainment.  Something had to give!!! 


Whether you're working from home, back in the office or a bit of both, you maybe feeling the same way and not sure what to do about it or how to start living with a better version of YOU!  I get you, I feel the same way and it's called "Languishing".  So, I created “The Positive PA”, a place to come and feel supported and learn how to "Flourish" and live your best life.


I have a passion for service and am “Happiest when Helping”. I have spent the last 10 years learning about wellbeing science and how to bring this into my own life and the lives of those around me.  I am never short of a great idea and love nothing more than seeing women thrive in their daily lives.
